Who We Are
Jennifer Brower
Co-Founder
Jennifer Brower is a fearless advocate and guide for her clients towards their strategic communications goals. As a collaborative partner with deep listening skills, she envisions where they need to be, navigates the best course of action, and guides them around any obstacles they may encounter along the way.
As the former Senior Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Central New Mexico Community College, and Associate Director of Marketing for Dion’s, Jennifer has extensive experience in marketing, digital strategy, creative services and public relations. A two-time University of New Mexico graduate, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and political science, and a master’s degree in business administration. Jennifer serves on the Board of UNM Alumni.
When she’s not charting new ways to help others reach the stars, Jennifer can be found at her home base with her husband and two equally adventurous kids, or finding tranquility while running or ironing the laundry.
Alexis Kerschner Tappan
Co-Founder
Alexis Kerschner Tappan’s love for marketing lies in helping others tell their stories. With a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and more than 16 years of marketing communications experience, Alexis crafts compelling social media messaging and develops strong, trusting relationships with the news media.
Through leadership positions such as Vice President of Public Relations at Rick Johnson & Company Advertising, and Director of Marketing and Special Assistant to the President at Central New Mexico Community College, Alexis has cultivated a keen understanding of the opportunities and challenges of marketing communications both inside and outside of large organizations, as well as the vital roles they and governmental entities play in Albuquerque. She serves on the Boards of Explora and Economic Forum of Albuquerque.
When Alexis isn’t helping brands articulate their stories, she’s filling up her own chapters with things like baking with her son, cozying up with a good science fiction novel, raising city-dwelling chickens and insisting on going through the self-checkout line at the grocery store.
